The Chairman announced it while speaking at the closing function of two-day Vangai Annual Olympic 2013 held at Patpuihmun on November 28.
Dr Chaltonlien Amo, who is also the MLA of Tipaimukh AC, said that the State Government is planning to provide electricity to all the villages of Vangai Range by May next year.
He added that the Government would also black top from Hmarkhothar to Sartunek on Jiribam-Tipaimukh road.
Saying that PDS items would be distributed to the villagers regularly, Dr Chaltonlien Amo said that National Food Security Bill would be fully implemented in the State by May next year.
The Government has also plans to construct buildings for the newly set up schools at the area, he said and added that Tipaimukh football ground, which was dedicated on November 27, would be upgraded to a national level ground.
Vangai Annual Olympic 2013 was organised under the supervision of Dr Chaltonlien Amo and ADC Churachandpur Lal Hossan.
Various sporting events and cultural items were the main attractions of the event.
