Hailakandi, Jan 21 : Hmar Youth Association emerged champions in the league-cum-knockout football championship organised by Singerbond Football Academy, defeating Lakhipur Football Academy 2-1 in the final at Singerbond ground in Lakhipur subdivision of Cachar district yesterday.
