College principal A.. Ramakrishna Rao, in a statement here on Wednesday, said that qualified students of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Tripura, Nagaland, Sikkim, Gurkhaland region of West Bengal, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Chattisgarh and Jharkhand were eligible to apply for the free seats.
