Kolkata, Nov 5 : An Aizawl bound Air India flight made an emergency landing at the Netaji Subash Chandra Bose International (NSCBI) Airport here this morning following a technical snag.
Official sources said IC-7703 with 36 passengers had taken off from here at 0812 hours.
The command officer of the aircraft, however, informed the airport traffic control here that he was experiencing some problem and wanted to return and land immediately, sources stated.
The plane landed safely a little after 0900 hours with emergency arrangements ready, sources said, adding all the passengers were sent off to their destination via another flight.
